From daily necessities to a modern lifestyle, everything is available here. Most importantly, property rates are still much lower compared to Gurugram or Noida, making it an excellent opportunity for common people to buy homes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3755\" data-end=\"4083\"><strong data-start=\"3755\" data-end=\"3771\">Yash Miglani<\/strong>, Managing Director of Migson Group, said that as real estate prices continue to rise in Delhi and Noida, Ghaziabad\u2019s Indirapuram Extension will become a major option for buyers looking for budget homes.
