This upcoming township in the Trans-Hindon area of Delhi-NCR will be even better and more modern than Indirapuram developed by the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA). That is why it has been named Indirapuram Extension. The township is planned to be developed over approximately 93 hectares (230 acres) of land. It will offer residential plots, group housing, commercial spaces, green belts, schools, hospitals, and parks.

GDA Vice Chairman Atul Vats has held meetings with the engineering and planning teams and has instructed them to prepare the layout and begin work soon. He stated that the objective is to develop another well-organized city like Indirapuram and provide affordable housing to people. A major update regarding the project is expected soon.
The Plan Is Divided Into Three Phases

Phase One: Construction will take place on 39 hectares of land, as this land is dispute-free.

Phase Two: The layout of 12 hectares of land that has already been allotted is being finalized.

Phase Three: There are legal disputes over 42 hectares of land, which will be resolved through legal procedures.
Affordable Plots to Be Offered
Property prices in and around Indirapuram have risen significantly over the past few years. GDA has stated that plot prices in the initial phase will be kept within the reach of the general public so that more families can fulfill their dream of owning a home.

Amit Modi, Director of County Group, said that Ghaziabad’s Trans-Hindon area already has schools, hospitals, malls, and markets. Most importantly, property rates are still much lower compared to Gurugram or Noida, making it an excellent opportunity for common people to buy homes.
Yash Miglani, Managing Director of Migson Group, said that as real estate prices continue to rise in Delhi and Noida, Ghaziabad’s Indirapuram Extension will become a major option for buyers looking for budget homes. Its connectivity to the Delhi–Meerut Expressway and Eastern Peripheral Expressway will be a major advantage.
Kushagra Ansal of Ansal Housing stated that amid rising land prices in Delhi and Noida, Ghaziabad is emerging as a new alternative. This scheme will become a major attraction for NCR buyers. The Trans-Hindon area already has schools, hospitals, and malls, and the new plan will make it even more organized and livable.

Meanwhile, Prateek Tiwari, Managing Director of Prateek Group, said that schemes like Indirapuram Extension not only promote balanced urban development but also open up affordable housing options for common people.
