L&T Green Reserve, developed by L&T Construction, is situated on a 6.3-acre plot in Sector 128, Noida, and comprises four towers with approximately 580 units. The project offers a variety of configurations, including 3 BHK (2,850 sq. ft.), 4 BHK (3,400 sq. ft. or 3,550 sq. ft.), and 5 BHK (5,200–5,700 sq. ft. or 5,100–5,700 sq. ft.). This range caters to a broader spectrum of buyers compared to developments like Max Estate 128, which focuses on larger 4BHK and 4.5/5BHK units (4,500–5,500 sq. ft.) for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
