The project was inaugurated in the presence of Jacob Arabo, the founder and chairman of Jacob & Co., highlighting the growing opportunities in India’s luxury real estate market. This project has set a new benchmark in Noida, establishing a record price of ₹35,000 per sq. ft., making it one of the most high-end developments in the region. The interiors will feature Jacob & Co.’s signature craftsmanship — exclusive chandeliers, designer lighting, bespoke finishes, and artistic detailing, similar to their international projects in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.
